Built in 2021, Swallows’ Nest is a 2-bedroom holiday let located at Manor Farm, a working farm in the beautiful village of Wilton, full of thatched cottages and its own village pond.
This extremely well-equipped house has 2 bedrooms, sleeping 4, with an en-suite and family bathroom as well as underfloor heating. The main living area is open plan with patio doors on to the south-facing patio at the rear of the building.
Swallows’ Nest is children friendly, dog friendly and horse friendly, with parking for up to 3 cars.
And you are just around the corner from The Swan Inn – a very popular pub, serving an extensive menu, as well as local beers and ciders, and having a beer garden to enjoy in the summer and a log fire for the colder months.
You are also in walking distance of Wilton Windmill, Wilton Water and Crofton Beam Engines and close to the Kennet & Avon Canal.
Two of our fabulous circular walking routes can start from the doorstep of Swallows’ Nest – Wilton Windmill & the Roman Road and Bedwyn Brail, Crofton, Wilton & Great Bedwyn. And there are plenty of other footpaths and bridleways in the area for you to explore.
The cottage can be booked throughout the year, subject to availability.
Manor Farm is also home to Lyde Cottage – a fully accessible house for up to 6 people and the quirky Pots & Pigs. The farm is home to pigs and ponies as well as emus and alpacas!
