Getting to and around the Vale of Pewsey
By Car:
The Vale of Pewsey is easily accessed from Junction 14 or 15 on the M4 or from the A303, take the turning to Tidworth (if coming from the west) or (if coming from the east) you can take the turning to Andover West & Marlborough or turn off at the Countess roundabout at Amesbury on to the A345. By Train:
There are two mainline stations in the Vale of Pewsey on the Great Western Railway - Bedwyn in the east of the Vale and Pewsey in the centre of the Vale. The service is operated by Great Western Railways. Find out about walking from each of the stations - for a day, a weekend or longer.
By Bus:

Wiltshire Connect is a new bus service for the Vale of Pewsey, connecting you to trains at Pewsey, Bedwyn and Hungerford stations, as well as to the market towns of Devizes, Marlborough and Hungerford.
You can use the timetabled services or book the flexible service using the app (search for Wiltshire Connect) or calling 01225 712900.
Stage 1 of the service launched on 31st July 2023, with Stage 2 (Marlborough & Great Bedwyn Operating Zone) on 4th September and Stage 3 (Marlborough & Hungerford Operating Zone) on 30th October.
