Walking in the Vale of Pewsey
This linear walk is an easy walk, which you can start at either end - both Pewsey Wharf and Wilcot village have parking - and a choice of two fine places to stop for refreshment. This walk takes in an interesting stretch of the Kennet & Avon Canal.

Great West Way is a 125 mile touring route in the south of England, stretching from London to Bristol. The Vale of Pewsey is located right in the middle of the Great West Way, and is easily accessible by rail, road and canal.
