Bedwyn Footpaths Group Walk

This circular walk from Wootton Rivers will take us through a little-known nature reserve, Hat Gate. This Wiltshire Wildlife Trust reserve, close to Savernake Forest, is on a small section of disused railway line and was acquired by the Trust in 1988. We will be accompanied by Judy Hible of Wilts Ramblers. She’ll be able to share her extensive knowledge of the plants and butterflies that we might see as we walk along.
