Description: A Masterclass in Gluten-Free Cooking

Menu: Quiche, mini bread loaf, pizza from scratch, and citrus sponge cake.

We will be making everything from scratch.  Firstly our mini bread loaf, pizza dough and toppings, quiche with shortcrust pastry and delicious fillings and for dessert citrus sponge cake all gluten free.

We have a lot of experience with dietary requirements and gluten free is one we get asked about the most.

These recipes are tried and tested and you will be amazed how delicious they are!  After the class we give out all these recipes so you can repeat them at home.

Please bring tupperware to take your desserts home.

Over 18’s only

Price Includes Tuition, Aprons, Ingredients & Hot Drinks plus Sparkling Elderflower will be served with your meal.  You are more than welcome to bring your own alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy whilst cooking and with your meal.
