Frances's new collection of works explores the ways familiar landscapes shape how we feel and who we become. Through the acts of looking and remembering, the known world shifts: an entirely new landscape emerges, one layered with memory, experience, and imagination. 

‘We cling to the Earth ‘ are words borrowed from Ted Hughes - a poet who held a profound respect for the complicated dialogue between landscape and man. These are words that speak to the quiet exchange between body and ground. To stand in a landscape, to notice its elements and rhythms, is to be literally and emotionally grounded - and humbled.

Each piece traces this relationship between place and self: the pull of horizons walked before, the weight carried by soil and sky, the tenderness held in ordinary terrain. These landscapes are not simply seen; they are felt, remembered, and remade.
