Immerse yourself in the flavours of Thai Food in this Feast of a class.
Menu: Thai Fishcakes, Sweetcorn Fritters, Satay Chicken or Aubergine, Peanut Sauce & Thai Salad
We use Basa Fish in our Thai Fishcakes which are fantastic for absorbing those lovely Thai flavours – Jackfruit or Banana Blossom are excellent vegetarian alternatives
These tasty little Sweetcorn Fritters are so quick and easy to make and also extremely addictive – we can’t stop cooking and eating them!
Satay doesn’t actually have any peanuts in but is the marinade for the Chicken or Aubergine in this dish
We do however also make the Peanut Sauce which includes our homemade Red Thai Curry Paste for a truly authentic sauce
A crisp and fresh Thai salad completes the meal and with all your newfound knowledge of Thai spices & ingredients you will make your own bespoke dressing
Vegetarian options are available for all dishes
This class costs £40 per person, we do recommend that you come with someone else as we have designed this class with 2 People working together. However, you are welcome to come along and work with another person booked on the class, an ideal opportunity to meet like-minded people in a relaxed setting. You will have your own table but will be sharing a hob and working as a team.

Price Includes Tuition, Aprons, Ingredients & Hot Drinks plus Sparkling Elderflower will be served with your meal. You are more than welcome to bring your own alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy whilst cooking and with your meal.
