Immerse yourself in the flavours of Thai Food in this Feast of a class.

Menu: Spring Rolls, Sweet Chilli Dipping Sauce, Pad Thai and Tom Yum Soup

We will be making a real favourite first with the Spring Rolls, you will get to try the soft spring rolls and the baked spring rolls and choose your fillings, which will be your favourite?

Sweet chilli dipping sauce is so delicious when you make your own and is a perfect accompaniment to go with the spring rolls.

Pad Thai is a popular Thai dish with stir-fried thin rice noodles with eggs, vegetables and tofu or chicken in a sauce of tamarind, fish, garlic & red chilli.  You can flavour the sauce to your own palate.

Tom Yum Soup is a popular recipe of sweet, sour and spicy Thai soup.  The name Tom Yum refers to the boiling and mixing processes.  You will have lots of ingredients to create your own soup and Gretchen will talk about the flavours and their effect.

Vegetarian options are available for all the dishes.

This class costs £40 per person, we do recommend that you come with someone else as we have designed this class with 2 People working together.  However, you are welcome to come along and work with another person booked on the class, an ideal opportunity to meet like-minded people in a relaxed setting.  You will have your own table but will be sharing a hob and working as a team.

Price Includes Tuition, Aprons, Ingredients & Hot Drinks plus Sparkling Elderflower will be served with your meal.  You are more than welcome to bring your own alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy whilst cooking and with your meal.
