A Taste of Thailand – Thai Curry Feast

Immerse yourself in the flavours of Thai Food in this Feast of a class.

Menu: Thai Red Curry, Green Curry, Penang Curry and Massaman Curry

Thai Massaman Curry: Massaman curry is a mild, savoury, and slightly sweet curry with fragrant spice undertones such as cumin, cardamom, and cinnamon.

Thai Panang Curry:  Panang Curry tastes like a more intense version of the Thai Red curry and while it has similar ingredients, Panang curry is a bit stronger, richer, sweeter and thicker than Red Curry, as well as slightly nutty thanks to the addition of peanuts in the paste.

Thai Red Curry:  Red curry uses red chillis and has a tomato base which gives it, its bold colour and spicy flavour.

Thai Green Curry:  Green curry uses a curry base with green herbs to create the colour along with green chillis.

You will learn about each of the curries and how they have different spices, herbs and flavours which gives each one a unique flavour.  You can add as much or as little chilli as you like!

Jasmine Rice: We will also make jasmine rice to complement the curries.

Vegetarian options are available for all dishes

This class costs £45 per person, we do recommend that you come with someone else as we have designed this class with 2 People working together.  However, you are welcome to come along and work with another person booked on the class, an ideal opportunity to meet like-minded people in a relaxed setting.  You will have your own table but will be sharing a hob and working as a team.

Price Includes Tuition, Aprons, Ingredients & Hot Drinks plus Sparkling Elderflower will be served with your meal.  You are more than welcome to bring your own alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy whilst cooking and with your meal.
