Learn to make these delicious Mexican Dishes
Corn Tortillas: We will be making the classic Corn Tortillas that we will use in our Aztec Soup
Sopa Azteca: This literally means Tortilla Soup – the richly seasoned tomato and chilli broth is ladled over crispy tortilla strips and then loaded up with a choice of toppings – it is so much more than a soup and can be used as a great base for many more dishes
Gorditas de Nata: These have become one of the most popular sweet foods in Mexico. Nata is clotted cream so yes these are Mexican pancakes made with clotted cream and are so delicious we trialled them ALOT!

Price Includes Tuition, Aprons, Ingredients & Hot Drinks plus Sparkling Elderflower will be served with your meal. You are more than welcome to bring your own alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy whilst cooking and with your meal.
