A Taste of Mexico – Mexican Feast

Immerse yourself in Mexican Spices to create two delicious Tacos using your homemade soft flour tortillas.

Taco 1:  Create your own Mexican Spice Mix following our spice masterclass then cook off either our homegrown Galloway Beef or Quorn and mix all the spices in

Taco 2:  Shredded Jackfruit is a great alternative for Shredded Chicken but we have that too!  Once you have made our classic Enchilada Sauce you can mix your shredded Chicken or Jackfruit and Taco #2 is done!

Please let us know in the notes which options you would prefer, Beef or Quorn and Chicken or Jackfruit

We think Tacos need accompaniments so not only will you create Guacamole and Salsa, you will make a fresh and healthy Mexican Pepper Salad and some Mexican Street Corn.

Classes are suitable for individuals however you may need to pair up with another adult to create the Taco fillings

Price Includes Tuition, Aprons, Ingredients & Hot Drinks plus Sparkling Elderflower will be served with your meal.  You are more than welcome to bring your own alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy whilst cooking and with your meal.
