We are excited to bring you another Mexican Feast, this time featuring a 3 course meal and how to make Corn and Flour Tortillas

Sopa Azteca:  This literally means Tortilla Soup – the richly seasoned tomato and chilli broth is ladled over crispy tortilla strips and then loaded up with a choice of toppings – it is so much more than a soup and can be used as a great base for many more dishes.  It features the delicious Ancho Powder which is both fruity and earthy and adds an incredible depth of flavour

Enchiladas:  This is an essential staple of Mexican food.  We make our Enchiladas the authentic way with poached, shredded chicken (or Jackfruit) and a separate tomato sauce, packed full of rich, Mexican spices.  Combining these and then rolling them into our homemade Tortillas makes these fantastic Enchiladas that we are sure you will make time and time again.

Gorditas de Nata:  These have become one of the most popular sweet foods in Mexico.  Nata is clotted cream so yes, they are Mexican pancakes made with clotted cream and are so delicious we trialled them ALOT!

Price Includes Tuition, Aprons, Ingredients & Hot Drinks plus Sparkling Elderflower will be served with your meal.  You are more than welcome to bring your own alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy whilst cooking and with your meal.
