Immerse yourself in Mexican Spices with these classic Mexican dishes

Flour Tortillas:  Soft and fluffy tortillas from scratch, so easy to do and something we think you will make time and time again

Quesadillas:  There are so many ingredients that you can use in these toasted Mexican sandwiches, they are great for a quick lunch or dinner and are a family favourite in our house

Fajitas:  Learn all about Mexican spices to create your very own spice mix and add it to the classic base of Peppers and Onions. Top your Fajitas with marinated Chicken, Mushrooms or Tofu, please just let us know which you would like to choose

Accompaniments:  No Mexican meal would be complete without homemade Guacamole and Salsa and we will provide the Soured Cream

Churros and Chocolate Sauce:  Baked Churros are so much healthier but still delicious and our Chocolate Sauce is perfect to dip them in

Over 18’s only

Price Includes Tuition, Aprons, Ingredients & Hot Drinks plus Sparkling Elderflower will be served with your meal.  You are more than welcome to bring your own alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy whilst cooking and with your meal.
