Ham is a small and pretty village located very close to the Wiltshire and West Berkshire border and at the very eastern end of the Vale of Pewsey.
As with most of the Vale of Pewsey villages, Ham is in the North Wessex Downs National Landscape and at its centre is the village green. Lots of thatched cottages populate the village as well as the Crown & Anchor pub.
There are some lovely walks around Ham and also the Ham Hill Nature Reserve which is well worth a visit. The Crown & Anchor has also published a range of walks that start and end at the pub.
