The Farm Cookery School offers Global Cookery Classes & Demos, Perk Up… Meals Demos, Cook from Scratch Classes and Cook & Dine Events all run by Gretchen from Jack & Maddie, a company that has been teaching Cooking since 2014. The cookery school has been recently reconfigured to provide separate perspex cooking pods for customer so that they can cook safely in light of Covid-19 restrictions.
The Farm Cookery School works with their customers to ensure that they are confident to prepare the dishes taught in their own home and their uniquely formatted recipes are provided. Private Lunches, Dinner and Celebration Parties are also available. During lockdown, Gretchen has been running online cookery classes.

Jack & Maddie have worked with children in local schools and provide their popular Holiday Clubs and Children’s Parties as well as organising and running Children’s Birthday Parties.
Netherstreet Farm, where the cookery school is situated, also offers Corporate Team Building & Conferences, both in The Farm Cookery School and on the 360 acre farm itself.
The Farm Cookery School has a purpose built large kitchen and demonstration area as well as 2 function rooms that are available to use.
Netherstreet Farm produces its own Galloway Beef that is used in the Cookery School and is also available to buy on a Click & Collect Basis on www.netherstreetfarm.co.uk.
