The newest, biggest Eversfield Organic Farm shop is in Marlborough, featuring the signature ethical butchers’ counter, fresh fishmonger, deli counter with British charcuterie, wine cave, Food to Go counter and organic Café with a seasonal menu. And of course, the food hall is filled with organic goodies for your weekly shop.

Sustainability Details Eversfield's closed loop regenerative farming system aims for the continued progression and productivity of the farming output, without bringing in external resources. For example, Eversfield Organic uses natural livestock manure to organically fertilise the soils, avoiding the use of man-made, artificial fertilisers, herbicides or pesticides. Any waste, such as organic fruit and vegetables from their Market Garden, is added to the compost heap, returning nutrients to the soil and improving its structure for planting and producing the tastiest, healthiest greens possible. All the cattle on the farm are 100% grass-fed and finished, certified by the PFLA. Allowing livestock to graze the land for at least 200 days of the year supports soil health and carbon sequestration, in which healthy earth can draw CO2 out of the atmosphere, whilst using manure produced on the farm ensures soil fertility for other crops and the organic fruit and vegetables from their Market Garden.
