The Ship at Upavon
The Ship At Upavon is a traditional English pub dating back to the 16th Century in the heart of the village of Upavon, with a thatched roof, low beams (remember to duck!) and an open log fire in winter.
There is always a warm and friendly welcome – whether you are one of the faithful regulars (who all have their own preferred time slots and drinks orders), a visitor passing through or just popping in to catch up on village gossip or while away an hour or two.
Delicious fresh food is served from 12 noon to 3pm and from 5pm to 9pm every day (except Sunday evening).

The Ship at Upavon is a great starting and ending point for walks in the area. Have a look at our Upavon Walk leaflet which has a couple of options depending on how far you want to walk. The Ship is also on our Expert cycling route which you can download here. Parking is normally very easy in the village.
