Christmas Restorative & Tibetan Singing Bowls Sound Bath
I am very excited to invite you to join me and Naomi for the final event of the year, the Christmas Restorative with Sound Bath.
Experience the ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation with our Restorative Yoga with Tibetan Bowls Sound Bath.
Picture yourself in a tranquil oasis, where the stresses of daily life melt away, and your mind and body find peace. Our unique approach combines the ancient practice of Restorative Yoga with the soothing vibrations of Tibetan Singing Bowls, unlocking a world of health benefits for your well-being.
As you settle into gentle yoga poses, expert instructors guide you through a journey of profound relaxation and healing. The resonant tones of Tibetan Singing Bowls fill the room, promoting deep meditation and mindfulness. These harmonious vibrations not only calm the mind but also alleviate stress and anxiety, enhancing your mental clarity and emotional balance.
Physically, the practice enhances flexibility, reduces muscle tension, and improves posture. The gentle poses help increase blood flow and stimulate the body’s natural healing abilities, which can aid in the relief of chronic pain and inflammation.
Restorative Yoga with Tibetan Bowls is perfect for those seeking an escape from the hectic pace of modern life. It fosters a sense of inner peace, improves sleep quality, and boosts overall well-being. Join us to experience the transformative power of this ancient and holistic practice – your body and mind will thank you. Don’t miss this opportunity to invest in your health and happiness.
Please remember to bring your mat, a couple of blankets, a pillow or bolster and any other props you use.
Please arrive at 2.15pm for a 2.30 start to get settled. The Tibetan Singing Bowls will accompany the Restorative practice and we will end with a meditation during Savasana.
After the workshop we will have light refreshments and a cup of tea.
Workshop will officially end at midday.
