Our Monday workout walks are a great way to get a great workout and a walk all in one in a shorter time. To start the week we will challenge you with more Gear 2/3 drills and exercises to work on balance, strength and co-ordination.
Warm ups and cool downs 10 minutes and walk 60 mins. We work on our techniques and work on improving our gears each week. This is a faster paced walk so good for those that want a challenging walk that is not too long and those that are working on improving their technique. We also include some other exercises using the poles to work on balance and strength as well as co-ordination.
Slower walkers can be accomodated by doing missing the extra drills and exercises and allowing them to walk slower while the faster ones walk ahead and loop back to make it more challeging. But do note that these walks are for those that want to improve their fitness!

Please note you need to wear suitable shoes for nordic walking - walking shoes or lightweight boots are fine as long as they are flexible enough.
