Description: A Masterclass in Picnic food

Menu: Soda Bread Picnic Loaf, Scotch Egg, Hummus, Mediterranean Chicken Salad, Mini Cheese & Bacon Muffins and Cookie Bites

Looking for new recipes to make your picnics interesting and tasty this summer.  Then this is the class for you.  Gretchen will be going through each recipe step by step to make a delicious picnic which you will be able to repeat at home.  You will have all the recipes to take away with you.  This is a really busy class and will be great fun to do with friends or family.  And you get to eat it all here in our dining room too!

Please bring tupperware to take any leftovers home with you.

Over 18’s only

Price Includes Tuition, Aprons, Ingredients & Hot Drinks plus Sparkling Elderflower will be served with your meal.  You are more than welcome to bring your own alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy whilst cooking and with your meal.
