Description: A Masterclass in Pastry. Learn to make Shortcrust and Rough Puff Pastry
Menu: Tarte Citron, Quiche, Palmiers & Sausage Rolls
We will be teaching how to make a sweet and a savoury Shortcrust pastry. The sweet pastry will be the base for a Tarte Citron and you will get to make the lemony filling too. The savoury pastry will be the base for a quiche. You will have a choice of ingredients to personalise the quiche to your taste.
Learn the art of how to make Rough Puff pastry and then master how to make delicious sweet Palmiers. For something savoury we will be making Sausage rolls, so yummy when they are made from scratch!
You will be able to eat some of this here in our dining room and the rest you can take home for your family to try, please bring tupperware to take food home in.
We give out all these recipes so you can repeat them at home.
This class is not suitable for anyone with a gluten or dairy allergy.
Over 18’s only
Price Includes Tuition, Aprons, Ingredients & Hot Drinks plus Sparkling Elderflower will be served with your meal. You are more than welcome to bring your own alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy with your meal.
