Description: A Masterclass in Burgers
Menu: Choose from Galloway beef burger, Chicken burger, Lamb burger, Halloumi burger or Bean burger with chunky chips and coleslaw. For dessert, cheesecake.
Choose one of the burger choices for the evening (please put your choice on your booking form) and we will show you the best way to prepare and cook it, offering advice and information. We will load the bun and burger with salad like mushrooms and tomatoes (you can choose). Alongside this we will make coleslaw and homemade oven chips. For dessert we will make a cheesecake from scratch.
This is a really busy class and will be great fun to do with friends or family. Bring beer or wine and make an evening of it! And you get to eat it all here in our dining room too!
Please bring tupperware to take any leftovers home with you.

Over 18’s only
Price Includes Tuition, Aprons, Ingredients & Hot Drinks plus Sparkling Elderflower will be served with your meal. You are more than welcome to bring your own alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy whilst cooking and with your meal.
