9.30am - 4.00pm
The day will include:
- 2 hour yoga workshop
- Delicious seasonal and nutritious lunch
- 1.5 hour introduction to mindfulness meditation
- A goody bag full of self care treats to take home!
There will be plenty of refreshments throughout the day and we offer an open and welcoming environment. You don't need to have any yoga or meditation experience and we can accommodate any dietary requirements.
