Nordic Walking is a great way to ramp up your exercise routine and get more out of your walking. For those that already walk we can teach you to walk further, for longer and with less perceived exertion. For those with injuries or wanting to build up their fitness using the poles enables you to spread the load and gradually work towards increased fitness and endurance.
It is also a fun and social pastime! Once you've been through the 3 lessons you can join all our regular walks throughout the week and weekend and across our beautiful North Wessex Downs and Pewsey Vale.
