Get fit with Wessex Nordic Walking - a 5 week course from 12 noon to 1pm on Monday 6th January, Monday 13th January, Monday 20th January, Monday 27th January and Monday 3rd February at Savernake Forest.
Have you booked a ski holiday in 2020? Do you feel ready to ski? It's always better to prepare for that skiing holiday so you can hit the slopes with confidence and not waste any precious time on the slopes by being exhausted or injured.
Our ski fit course is a progressive course which works on cardio fitness, stamina, agility, leg strength and reaction times to ensure you are fully ready to enjoy your skiing holiday!
We use poles, bands and other equipment to work on these skills over a 5 week course. Drop in sessions are also available on Saturdays for those that can't make a Monday session or want a bit extra!
