Dumplings Masterclass

Dumpling wrappers are so easy to make from scratch and you will be a dumpling wrapper whizz by the end of this masterclass!

We will be making 15 dumplings each, and have decided on 3 delicious fillings:

1. A tasty beef filling (as we are a beef farm!)
2. Chicken (for a lower fat option)
3. Vegetables (for lots of lovely vitamins and minerals)

You will also learn how to create your own dipping sauce from a range of ingredients, and your own homemade Chinese 5 spice mix!

There will be a vegetarian alternative for the beef and chicken of Tofu.

Please note that this class is not suitable for gluten allergies / intolerances.

This class costs £45 per person.

Price Includes Tuition, Aprons, Ingredients & Hot Drinks plus Sparkling Elderflower will be served with your meal.  You are more than welcome to bring your own alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy whilst cooking and with your meal.
