A Taste of Italy – Italian Feast 3

Menu – Pasta from Scratch, Lasagne Bites, Garlic Dough Balls, Risotto Primavera and Cinnamon Butter Gnocchi

This class costs £45 per person, we do recommend that you come with someone else as we have designed this class with 2 People working together.  However, you are welcome to come along and work with another person booked on the class, an ideal opportunity to meet like-minded people in a relaxed setting.  You will have your own table but will be sharing a hob and working as a team.

This Italian Feast is chocked full of Italian favourites that you can recreate at home.

Homemade Pasta sounds scary to make but we promise it isn’t.  You will each make your own pasta to make your own mini lasagne bites

Risotto primavera is a classic Italian dish, using seasonal light vegetables and arborio rice. Cooked gently alongside the other dishes.

Homemade bread is always a winner, these Garlic Dough Bites are super easy to make and only need a short second prove then a quick blast in the oven – I’m sure you’ve had them before in one of our country’s favourite restaurants!

For a sweet treat we will be making gnocchi but with sweet cinnamon butter – delicious.

This is a busy class so be ready for a night full of Italian ingredients, flavours and fun!

Price Includes Tuition, Aprons, Ingredients & Hot Drinks plus Sparkling Elderflower will be served with your meal.  You are more than welcome to bring your own alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy whilst cooking and with your meal.
