Description: Make delicious Gnocchi like the Nonnas do in Italy and learn how to cook and serve this delicious fresh starter. It certainly beats the bought versions! Melanzane Parmigiana is one of Gretchen’s all time favourite dishes so just had to be included in our Italian Classes! The sumptuous mix of aubergine, mozzarella, parmesan and tomato is just too good to miss.
Pricing: £70 per Pod which is suitable for 2 Adults. If you would like to book a 3rd Adult in as well we have 2 Pods that are suitable for 3 Adults with a £15 additional charge – please get in touch to arrange this.
