INTRODUCTION TO SPICES – BIRYANI & BHAJIS 16+
November 13 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
£45.00
Get to grips with Indian Spices with this introduction to Indian food and learn to cook some delicious dishes
Onion Bhajis: Traditional Bhajis are deep fried but we aren’t a fan of deep frying here so we have created a baked version which you can spice to your taste after our masterclass. Healthier and delicious, what’s not to love!
Biryani: We teach the classic Lucknowi Biryani with meat or vegetables marinated in spices and yoghurt – you can make it as spicy as you like.
This is different to the Hyderabadi dish that you may have experienced in local restaurants which is usually spicy and meaty, with a yellow color. Both are delicious but we prefer this one!
Roti: Some may say that you don’t need rice and roti in one meal, we disagree! Learn to make the classic Roti, they are so easy to make and when you make your own you can spice it to your taste as well.
Classes are suitable for individuals
