Kim Pierpoint is a qualified British Wheel of Yoga Teacher, teaching in Wiltshire and Berkshire. She offers a wide range of yoga group classes, as well as 1:1 tuition and retreats.
Kalm ’n’ Kind Yoga takes people through a journey in one class and encourages people of all ages, shapes and sizes to get involved by offering classes of different grades, so you can find the right one for you.
At Kalm ‘n’ Kind yoga you are treated as an individual, taking into account your specific needs and abilities – you do need to be able to get up and down from the floor unaided.
Yoga provides a support mechanism to help improve health well being and bring together the body and mind and is the perfect antidote to our busy 21st century lives.
